Important Legal Stuff
Please be aware that it is unlawful to post any materials such as these posters on any premises (or objects) where you do not have the owner’s permission to do so. Therefore, we advise that you do not place posters on any street furniture (lamp posts, telegraph poles, public fences, letter bins, etc.), or in any location that:
1) Does not belong to you, or
2) That you do not have permission to do so (further information and guidance is available at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/advertisements)
Always ensure that you have the landowner’s permission before displaying these posters, and in some cases (such as conservation areas) it may be necessary to gain permission from the local authority. As you are responsible for the poster please check if you feel this may apply to a location where you want to display.
